10 Things I Learned In My First Stripper Pole Workout Class

I’ve taken one of these stripper pole dancing classes but this time around it was the real deal! It was so real, I signed up for unlimited classes for a month. (Sorry Mom, I promise it’s for excercise!)

1. If I was a stripper my theme song would be Beyonce’s “Ego”.
2. It is inevitable that I will be sporting some tiger paw tats on my right thigh…
3. I’m unusually comfortable if not agile wearing stripper shoes.
4. It’s a workout!
5. Don’t be afraid to let your “stuff” hang out.
6. My instructor Sasha says I’m a quick learner.
7. It is imperative that you stretch and warm up before you do ANYTHING!
8. I’m really good at the “sun wheel”.
9. Spinning makes me dizzy.
10. I got skillz! haha. sorry mom!!
